退款政策

At Sun Aesthetic Design, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our premium landscape products. Due to the specialized nature of our items, we have established the following guidelines:

• Quality Assurance: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will facilitate an exchange or repair.

• Non-Returnable Items: Given the bespoke nature of our high-end installations (such as our laminar water features and bio-ethanol fireplaces), we cannot accept returns for change of mind after the product has been installed or unboxed.

• Refunds: Authorized refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after inspection.
